That's Nigerian Rapper Ikechukwu by the extreme left and Uzikwendu his younger brother next to him. Uzikwendu popularly known as Uzi is a rapper too (arguably Nigeria's fastest rapper) and a fitness instructor for many Nigerian celebrities. This picture is older than three (3) years.
